General scope and acceptance
These Ja5 Sportsbook Rules govern use of the Ja5 betting platform. By placing a bet, the account holder automatically accepts the current Sportsbook Rules and agrees to be bound by them. The account holder confirms that they have reached the applicable age of majority, have provided accurate registration information, and acknowledge the inherent risk of monetary loss in betting. No claims arising from losses are admissible against Ja5 on the basis of bet outcomes.
Rule changes and applicability
Ja5 reserves the right to amend the Sportsbook Rules and related procedures, including payment and betting limits. Existing bets will remain governed by the rules in force at the time of their placement, while all future bets are subject to updated terms. The English-language version prevails in the event of any discrepancy with other language versions.
Identity verification, funds origin, and compliance
Ja5 may conduct identification, credit and related verification checks in accordance with applicable law. Players must provide requested information and documents to confirm identity and the origin of funds. Ja5 may suspend or restrict access until verification is completed to its satisfaction, with typical timeframes not to exceed thirty days for document verification and not more than one hundred eighty days for verification of bets where required by law or regulation.
Account security and conduct

Re-registration is prohibited without prior agreement from Ja5. Players must not allow third parties to operate their account or use third-party payment details to deposit or withdraw funds.

Ja5 may monitor and act to prevent multi-accounting, including same-IP or same-device activity, to detect collusion or fraud. Accounts found in violation may be blocked and associated bets cancelled.

Ja5 may contact players by phone or other means as part of the verification process. Until verification is completed, cashouts may be restricted or withheld.

Odds: the factor by which a stake is multiplied to determine winnings at settlement.

Result: the official outcome of an event used to settle bets.

Ticket: the record of a placed bet, settled according to the applicable rules.
Bets, acceptance, and settlement
All bets are valid from the moment they are registered in accordance with these rules. When you place a bet, a confirmation message or equivalent record constitutes acceptance. If no such confirmation is displayed, you should review your betting history or contact support.

Wagering obligations: where promotional bonuses or similar offers apply, wagering requirements may apply to funds used or credited. Only bets that contribute toward any such wagering obligations are counted for settlement purposes, and refunds of deposits or bonuses do not count toward this requirement.

Odds changes: if the odds change after you place a bet, you will be notified. You may accept the revised odds or enable an auto-accept option to proceed without additional confirmation.

Pre-match bets: bets may be accepted prior to the official start time; tickets accepted after start may be invalidated, and odds treated as appropriate per market rules.

Cancellation rights: once confirmed and processed, a placed bet cannot be cancelled by the player. You must ensure your selections reflect your intent before payment.

Maximum bets: maximum betting limits depend on the sport, event, and market, and Ja5 may adjust limits for any event without prior notice.

Final authority: Ja5 is the final arbiter on the validity of any ticket or market outcome, subject to applicable law and these rules.

Cashout: Ja5 may offer a cashout feature on eligible markets. Cashout may be unavailable on certain markets and may be cancelled or altered without notice. Cashout calculations are automatic and subject to system rules and changes in market factors.

Participation restrictions: players may not bet on events in which they participate directly (as a player, coach, referee, etc.).

Automation tools: use of bots or automated decision-making tools is prohibited; discovery may result in account suspension and bet refunds.

Post-event adjustments: if there is reason to believe a bet was placed after an outcome was known or following a material alteration to an event, Ja5 may invalidate or adjust the bet settlement.

Express and system bets: combinations including multiple bets on the same event or identical outcomes across multiple markets may be voided; Ja5 reserves the right to void and settle such markets accordingly.

Live events: market settlement may reflect official results and regulations specific to live events; significant events affecting a market may cause settlements to be delayed pending official confirmation.

Referee decisions and post-event changes: changes to scores or other parameters due to official decisions are not automatically grounds for bet cancellation unless specifically stated otherwise in market rules.

Void and refunds: refunds are returned to the bettor’s Ja5 account once processed.

Disputes and claims: claims regarding results or settlements will be considered in accordance with Ja5’s claims process and within the scope of these rules.
Market integrity and fairness
Ja5 prohibits collusion, multi-accounting, and manipulation of markets. Any conduct that contravenes the spirit of fair play may result in account suspension, bet voiding, and forfeiture of winnings, in addition to potential regulatory reporting as required by law.
Disclosures, language, and dispute resolution
Ja5 strives for accuracy in displayed information, but all content is provided for informational purposes and may be corrected without notice. The English version of these Rules governs interpretation and prevails in the event of a discrepancy with translations. In matters not expressly covered herein, Ja5 reserves the right to make a final decision based on principles of fairness and applicable law.
Operational changes and home/away listing
Ja5 may adjust how teams are listed (for example home team first or away team second) and will apply the latest published conventions consistent with the market rules. If the listing order changes, bets placed on the original listing may stand or be voided as determined by the market rules.
